The Red Coats are Coming!

Great Britain is America strongest and most loyal ally. Our forefathers went to war with England so we could be a self governing country. For colonial Americans it was the war of independences. For the United Kingdom it was the war of insurrection. The colonist were considered traitors. Today our soldiers fight together.

We are an innovative country with outrageous ideas like buying the London Bridge and relocating every stone to the Mohave desert, bridging the Colorado River. Robert McCulloch was a visionary and a good businessman. Today Lake Havasu City is the home to a magnificent structure and a treasure.

Red Coats on and under the bridge makes sense. british and colonial re-enactments on the east coast where our history began is common and popular. Here in Lake Havasu City it is truly unique!

You can participate in such an event. Uniforms are provided and history is made.

Excellent photo opportunities await for you, your family and friends. All that is required is a white shirt, white pants and black shoes.

Garrison Red Coats of 20 soldiers and 12 Colonial militia march on the btidge. Cannons, Guns, Drums, Flags and Swords lend to the aunthenticity.

Promoting the London Bridge is the mission application of this classic collection of uniforms and equipment is up to your imagination.

Full Garrison equipment is available for rent at $350.00

Uniforms are availalbe for men, women and children who can all participate in a re-enactment.

Clubs and civic organization such as a Scout group can quickly fill the 32 personnel quota.

All re-enactments feature American and British troops marching together as allies.

Think of what would be done if the bridge were in the hands of Walt Disney? We the people can do so Right now!

Creat a British cultural experience for visitors by locals. Develop local industry in the performing arts and pay our own community. Provide Historical Reenactments attracting tourism. Unite local business with Havasu service clubs Unified school district, Boy Scout troups, city and State government. Red Coats gives the Bridge life and color. Share American history, make a statement and be a part of the action. Finish what Robert McCulloch started and go beyond with new vision. Build alliance with London Bridge Museum England to be built in 2009. Develop advertising materials and compete with major regional attractions such as the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas.

If there were no London Bridge there would be no Lake Havasu City!!!

Own and maintain Uniform and costumes for use, rent or for sale.
Develop and produce brochures and promotional literature for advertising in the tourist industry. (We are competing with the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas for the tourist dollar.)
Create jobs and maintain a British presence at the bridge site for tourist photo shoot and informational handouts.
Two paid Red Coats on duty 8 hours a day, 5 days a week at $6.00 per hour = $100.00 per day / $500.00 per week during peak traffic in cooler weather.
Job Description
Act as security, information and public relations.
Uniform volunteers and tourist to expand Red Coat presence.

If we are successful Lake Havasu City will prosper!
